New to BP from Indiana
Hello everyone. I am a real estate investor from Marion, IN. I actually stumbled on this site just a few days ago while researching vacation rentals. I can’t believe what an awesome resource this site is.
So a little bit about me. My day job is being the manager of a Auto accessory store and the co-owner of a rental equipment company. I have always been intrigued by REI. My parents had rentals while I was growing up and I property managed them for a few years before I was married. Fast forward about ten years is when I "accidentally" got back into it. My fist house purchase turned into a rental once we bought our second house. After two years of decent cash flow I was hooked and just completed my second purchase of 5 more SFR's.
I look forward to financial freedom from REI and connecting with others on this site with similar interests Thanks Doug
