Newbie from South Florida!
Hello Everyone!
I'm hailing from Sunny South Florida and ran across this site about a week ago thanks to Stephanie Davis's Blog! I'm new to investing and am in the process of building my buyers list and seeking out potential deals. Like most people I have been doing my research and feel a little cautions about completing my first deal. But you can't get your feet wet without stepping in the water so here I go! Its a pleasure to meet all of you and I hope I can make some meaningful contributions to this site!
