Hi all,
Recently discovered BiggerPockets while my wife and are searching for our first property. Our short term goal is to buy a duplex and live on one side and rent the other to help save money and eventually move out and rent both sides. Our long term goal is to build our portfolio and gain passive income to supplement our full time jobs. Looking forward to interacting and learning from this community!
