New To Bigger Pockets
Hey Everyone - New to Bigger Pockets and the real estate investing world. Hoping in 2019 I can find some deals!
Located in Denver, CO.
I am looking to get my RE investing journey started this year or I should say really get it started.
I currently have one property in Detroit, I just got on a whim of wanting to get started. Last few days I’ve been seeing how bad of an idea that could turn out to be but so far not too bad.
I am open to partnering out of state/city as Denver’s market is pretty hot it seems.
I don't have a clear strategy right now but like to think I want to be a buy and hold investor (really like the BRRRR strategy).
Looking to maybe start off by wholesaling to build up some cash or run across a good BRRRR opportunity.
I have a property I own free and clear and really thinking about getting some cash out to help start my journey.
