Hi, Folks. I'm a 45 y/o female, research professional in my "other life" and have just started doing a notes course. Attended The Learning Annex last weekend and the potential for all real estate seems enormous. (Frankly, my ex made a fortune, so I've seen up close and personal--it CAN be done.)

Wondering if some of you from MA might recommend your favorite real estate investment associations? I haven't joined one yet but look forward to it.
