Huntsville/ Decatur Al newbie
Hey all,
I am new to bigger pockets and am excited to have found a forum with other property investors in the area.
I am 3 deals in so far and am loving investing in rental properties. I have personally set a goal to buy a rental property each quarter this year. I have identified a couple of properties in with good numbers and I have also found a couple of people looking to retire and sell their entire portfolio.
I am looking to build a team of people who can help me execute and hit my goals. If anyone can recommend any Realtors, Property managers, CPA's, bankers, Attorneys, Contractors that they have used I would be overwhelmingly grateful.
I would also love to meet up with other like-minded people so if anyone wants to grab a cup of coffee and have a chat feel free to hit me up.
