Hello BP family my name is Dominic Franco! I am currently in the process of selling my house over here in the Fort Bragg, NC area and looking to relocate the Charlotte area. I'm looking to kick off my real estate investing career with a live and flip or house hack a multi-family home. The content in these forums, the podcasts, and books is invaluable. I am soaking up as much information as I can so that when the opportunity arises I can finally make a move on my first real estate investment.
