Southern Colorado new investor.
Hello,
Brand new member in southern Colorado. The areas I'm looking to invest in are Penrose, Florence, Canon City, Pueblo west. Currently reading as much as I can and listening to a ton of podcasts while saving some cash and looking for deals. We have a few friends doing owner builds in the area that we will look at first.
