Beginner just starting out in Portland, OR area.
Hello everyone,
This is my first post on this site and I wanted to introduce myself to this amazing BP Community!
I have been following the forum for a while, I've read several real estate related books, attended webinars, etc. - really trying to learn as much as I can about real estate investing and I think that I am finally ready to purchase my first investment property!
My goal is to achieve financial independence through real estate one day, and I would like to start with house hacking in a multi-family home here in Portland, OR area.
I also wanted to thank everyone contributing to this forum for providing great information and resources to all the investors out there.

Welcome to BP! Moving from education to action is always a big step. It seems like you’ve got a great attitude and desire to help others so I’m sure you’ll do great.
