Hello Everyone,

My name is Tracia and I am a First Time Investor.  Does anyone have experience in the Atlanta, Georgia area dealing with duplexes.  What were the challenges?  Did you do Owner Financing?  Is it better if the duplex is already tenanted. Any feedback would be much appreciated.  Thanks.
