Motivated newbie in DFW area
Hi all,
My name is Javon Ned and I have been following everything bigger pockets from discussions boards to webinars & podcasts to facebook lives you name it. This is the first of many posts from me as I plan to become more active and engage in intellectual discussions to gain more knowledge as I grow from becoming a "newbie" to a more confident professional in the field. I am Originally from Seattle Washington but decided to relocate to a new market that aligned better with my goals and finances. I now currently live in downtown Dallas and plan to get my feet wet this year and obtain a couple of properties to build my portfolio. I have big plans to grow this year as I have done due diligence in becoming educated and spending a tremendous amount of time studying my market as well. I am excited to get started in my investing career and along the way plan to share my experiences throughout the forums!!
