What's Going On Everybody!

My Name is Nick and I am up-and-coming Real Estate Investor. I have been reading, studying, and implementing multifamily investment strategies in order to build a company that syndicates multifamily real estate.

Our company is looking to create value for accredited investors by bringing in a strong team of knowledgeable, young, real estate entrepreneurs. WHICH IS WHY I AM POSTING HERE. We are looking to bring on a partner that is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE in RAISING MONEY for real estate. My partners and I have a constant flow of deals coming into our inbox and we have accrued a vast knowledge in analysis.

If you would like to network and talk about potential partnering then send me a private message.

Have A Great Day!

Nick

Hello @Nick Love

Congrats on starting on your syndication progress so far!

I am starting my journey into syndication this year. I don't have the fundraising background but would happy to help with any underwriting or scoping out different MSAs or cities.

@Chase Louderback where is the seminar located?
