Wholesaling in Southern California

Hi All,

I am new to REI and have been learning alot from BP podcasts and other content. I had a question about wholesaling in the San Diego/Inland Empire area?...Can wholesaling really be done (for a profit) in this market where prices are significantly higher than what I hear and read about?

Anyone have information on wholesaling out of the home market... even in another state?
