Hi! I'm new to the community. My name is Charissa, and I'm currently working towards becoming a real estate agent, as well as other things involved in Real Estate. I'm hoping to gain as much information as I can from as many people as I can. Trying to step out of my comfort zone and build relationships with a lot of people with similar interests! So far, this site has been super helpful with the articles and blogs/webinars

@Charissa Wiltshire  welcome to BP. If you have any questions about the exam feel free to ask. I feel getting as much info from "as many people as you can" will just lead to a dead end. Everyone has opinions based on what they have done (or not done in some cases) and a million other factors. The best strategy is to find 1- O-N-E person that is where you want to be at, and copy everything they do.

For example, for real estate agent goals, I have chosen one person he runs a team of agents in Arizona and sells 2 homes a day, every day of the year. He is where I want to be. I pay for the mentoring, and I am implementing everything in my own business.

Good luck with your endeavors.
