New Member Introduction - South Seattle
Hello,
My name is Richard and I currently live in the Puyallup WA, 1 hour south of Seattle. I graduated nearly two years ago, and currently work full time. I have been listening to the bigger pockets podcasts while reading forums and I am looking to take the next step to finding my first deal. I am strongly interested in rental properties due to the long-term investing in the hopes that I can build some passive income while maintaining my full time job.
Goal for myself over the next month is to start analyzing at least one deal per day so that I can begin recognizing good deals when they become available.
I would like to find someone in the South Seattle region that has experience in rental property investing to chat with and learn from. If you are located in this area and have time, I would love to meet up!
