New SoCal investor! looking to network
Hello everyone! My name is Zak I am 25 years old and very motivated! I live in Orange County, CA. I am New to real estate investing but I have educated myself greatly and i am now ready to take action and do some deals! I am looking into wholesaling and also rehabbing because my brother is a licensed contractor who i work with part time. I have attended a few seminars and REI club meetings in LA. I am currently looking for other clubs to attend and network at. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

You may want to check out the OC Investors Club. Gabe and Geoff do a great job, and they've had some top notch speakers lately. I attend as often as possible, they meet the last Friday of the month at JT Schmid's at The District.
