New to Cleveland Market
Hello All,
I'm a soon to be licensed real estate agent/investor in the Cleveland area. My plan is to fix and flip properties, invest the proceeds into small multifamily and eventually work my way into apartments. I've already learned a plethora from BP podcasts, books, and reading the latest forums posts! I'm excited to learn more and create a future for in the buisness of real estate.
