Just Getting Started
Hello All,
Looking to educate myself on the buy and hold strategy with rental properties. Any books/ audio books I should check out for beginners. I have one property that use to be my primary residence which I’m currently renting out. Doesn’t cash flow much but I do have someone paying down my mortgage that was once under water. Any recommendations?
