Introduction New to Bigger Pockets
Hello Everyone,
My name is Derrick Machado from Hoboken, NJ. I am new to real estate investing. My wife and I are starting with wholesaling, with aspirations to get into flipping and buy & hold. Of course 1 step at a time. We are going to start with the Hudson County & Monmouth County areas of NJ.
My wife has 10 years experience in the property management field. So we are leveraging the relationships she's built to meet some buyers, title companies and attorneys. We are always looking to network, learn and grow.
We are excited to jump in and help someone out of a tough situation and provide a great deal to a buyer.
