Upper Valley, New Hampshire
Hey everyone,
Currently I am in a financial bind so this is more of a time for me to broaden my knowledge for now, but I live in the upper valley. I own my home which has a 2BR apartment attached, very modern and large. My first real tenant was only there for 2 months as she was seriously schizophrenic and I am in the process of cleaning and repainting from writing and smoking... that's there seriously short version.
Anyways, would love to meet others from the UV area and hear any tips or starting points. Anything is appreciated!
