Future investor in Central Valley, Ca
Hello bigger pockets!
I am a young hungry entrepreneur who will be investing in the next few years. I left the Marine Corps in 2016. Since then I have been a full time student (closing in on my bachelors in business marketing), I started my own handyman company that served several investors and am now a full time Realtor with Century 21 in Manteca.
My short term goals are to create a solid work history that will allow me to get the financing I need to start my portfolio. My long term real estate goals are to have $10k+ per month in cash flowing properties. My parents made their money in real estate and now I want to do it better than they did.
With my extensive remodel experience, market knowledge and passion to be better I know I have the tools to be a successful investor. I would love to team up with any local investors on flips or BRRR's or to just have a chat.
