I'm New To Bigger Pockets! Greetings!
I've heard so much about Bigger Pockets and finally took the dive to create a profile. I've been listening to the podcasts over the last few weeks and appreciate the information. I'm seeking to build relationships with people who have integrity, drive, and a passion for real estate. I'm a Realtor in Indy and will be opening my own brokerage within the next 30 days; I also fix and flip, as well as wholesale. I only wholesale properties that I DIRECTLY have under-contract vs. some who daisy chain properties.
