Hello All.

I am new to the site. I have been registered for a while but not active.

I am new to the RE investing industry. I also hold an active Realtor license in Kansas City, Mo. I am very interested in wholesaling but cannot find any title companies in my area that will deal with contract assignments! Any advice here? Also...do you think that wholesaling as a agent would be worth the foot work? I would only be able to collect a 3% to 6% commission. Look forward to your thoughts!

Welcome Tarold!

Its been a while since I've been in KC. I was able to visit this really good bbq place downtown across the street from the library. Good stuff! I really liked some of the properties around the downtown area. There is a street named after an old developer of the area, you know the name?

Either way, I'm sure the title companies you're speaking to just aren't aware of it. It also may be in the way you describe it to them. Good luck!
