New to Arizona and looking for a network!

Hi BP Family,

I’m new to real estate investing and have decided 2019 is the year I finally jump off the plank. I would appreciate any advice or suggestions! Thank you in advance.

I’m renting in Oakland, CA but am ready to move out to Arizona to direct my hard earned money into some real equity! I would be a first time homeowner. I’ve heard Camelback East is a great neighborhood. Any other neighborhoods that have planned development/gentrification happening that would be worth looking into? I’m interested in multi-family (live-in one unit) or single family (2bd/2bath). Comfortable purchase price of $350k. Would like to be near cafe, bars, restaurants in a more hipster vibe however it is not necessary.

Thank you so much,

Stephen
