Hi everyone!
My name is Jack Sandel. I'm a engineer-in-training in Austin, TX who's interested in buy and hold real estate investing throughout the US. I'd like to start by househacking in Austin and then acquire 1-2 properties per year using the BRRRR strategy. My end goal is to supplement my income and transition out of my day job into a lifestyle similar to Mr. Money Mustache's.
I'm currently reading, saving, and analyzing practice properties until I get to the point where I am comfortable jumping in. I've had some trouble finding a property I can househack and would really appreciate some advice and expertise. Austinite or not, feel free to reach out!
