Hello everyone, I am new to the real estate world and bigger pockets. Looking to make this my future. I am particularly interested in wholesaling. Any ideas where to begin? What is considered below market value? I am in Evansville, IN

You should get a job in real estate, preferably working for someone who does what you want to do. Make money for your boss and learn everything you can while there, and go out on your own when you're ready.
