Providing Value to Investors

Hi BP Community —

My name is Eric from Columbus, Ohio and I am about a year in on my educational journey in figuring out how I want to get involved in Real Estate Investing. So grateful to have found this platform. The reason for my post other than to introduce myself is, In every other business book or blog I have followed (Tim Ferriss, Tony Robbins, etc…) they insightfully recommend to provide value to others and offer more then you ask. So a question I have ironically is, in what way can someone with a beginners mind and time be of value and help other investors to grow their network/business? Looking forward to the next step in my journey with everyone here 🙂

@Eric Thielsen it absolutely does. In my experience some of the best value ads that you could offer are: if you have a trade of some sort a handyman service could be good. The other thing is deal analysis, learn the laps system also known as the deal flow funnel. Learning to analyze deals could be a great asset and its something that's not that hard to master but it takes a ton of time and some of the larger investors flat don't have that time. Hope this helps.
