Does 100% financing exist for commercial properties?
I seen online some asset lending banks state they can do a 100% lending on commercial properties. From doing my research it seems that they loan 50-60% and ask the seller to do a wraparound note for a 2nd position. Is this how they work? Does anyone have any good funding sources ? Looking to invest in some multi-fam properties in OK and Tx that I found. Any help will be greatly appreciated
