New (relocated) investor to Washington DC area

Hello BP,

Stopping by to introduce myself.  I’m an investor from Atlanta, GA, currently residing in the DMV area and focused on single family fix and flips with an interest in buy and hold (if it makes sense).  I’ve been lurking around the forums for quite sometime digesting all the great content on here.  Don’t know how or why I didn’t discover BP when I first started out a few years ago in Colorado Springs but recently moved to the DC area and putting the team and partnerships in place to start investing here.  I’m looking forward to connecting with like-minded investors, agents, CPAs, attorneys, lenders, contractors and many more in the area along with actively participating in several REIAs in the area.
