Hello All,

I hope all is well with everyone, I am very new to the Real Estate field and I am looking to maybe one day make this my main source of income but like most I'm having issues starting up. I am waiting for my LLC request to get processed but I am puzzled as far as what my next step should be.

I attended the Hilary Farr (Rules of Renovation) seminar last week and they were charging $1998 per person to have access to their platform. 
Does anyone think it is a scam because it was about 100 people there but not everyone signed up.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
