Hi BP,
My name is Hunter DeLuca, I am a commercial real estate broker on Long Island. I am joining this page to meet and learn from other investors. I want to educate myself further on the operations/landlord side of smaller multifamily (4-16 units). I live in Suffolk County, NY and the prices for multifamily are very high. I am considering starting small in my area and then expanding out of state. I look forward to joining the forums!
