Hello BP,

My name is Michael. I have recently finished reading The Book on Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner. I am intrigued to continue educating myself in REI and hope this forum brings insight to help minimize growing pains! I am interested in single-family and duplex buy and hold rentals and possibly lease options with more education.
