New bigger pockets member and future investor
Hello bigger pockets members!! My name is Jeff Edmiston from the south New Jersey area. I’m 31 and have always been fascinated with real estate, specifically flipping houses. I’ve worked for my fathers plumbing company for over 10 years and love it. I have decided to take real estate more seriously and buy my first house by the end of 2019. Whether it be a flip or a buy and hold. I’ve watched tons of bigger pockets podcasts and have learned a ton of info from them. I am currently averaging 9 hours per day on you tube lol (headphones in at work all day and some at home). I am super eager to get started but cautious at the same time. Very excited to start and get the ball rolling!
