Newbie in Mission, TX

Hello Everyone!

My Name is Criselia Rendon, and I am a newbie from Texas. I currently have no experience with Real Estate, but I've been interested in learning about the market for a little over a year now. I've had houses on my mind since I was a little girl, and I'm anxious to learn everything I can before I actually jump in. I'm interested in all aspects of investing flipping, bird-dogging, wholesaling, rehabbing,and subject-To's, but I don't know quite enough about any of them. My goal in the next few months is to find a niche that best suits me, and then work from there. Hoping to gain a lot of knowledge from this site.
