Hello BP!
My name is Trent, I am 26, from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I am a new real estate investor, excited to join the Bigger Pockets community. I was hooked on BP after discovering the podcasts, I cant turn them off now. The podcasts led me to the BP website which I am quickly learning is the best resource around. The knowledge, experiences, and advice being shared is incredible!
I currently own 1 duplex, which I purchased shortly after graduating with a degree is Supply Chain and Operations Management. I have set a goal to find and close 2 more deals by the end of 2019, which I hope to fund through BRRRR'ing my current property + creative financing. My focus is buy-and-holds with solid cash flows.
I enjoy traveling, sports, and more recently attending local real estate meetups. I look forward to continued learning and connecting with you all!
