Contact the owner of a vacant property.

Hello, I have done some research in an area in which I will like to invest. Basically I am looking for properties that are vacant and possible need a full rehab, I have found the owners of the properties, which are for the most part under an LLC, so the question is what could be the best way to reach out to the owners of these properties, which type of strategies can I deploy. The one I am thinking is direct mailing but not sure how to get this started. Any suggestions will be gladly appreciated. The area in which I am looking in is Newark, New Jersey.

Thank in advance.

Federico

@Federico Patino Oh and on the NJ LLC website you can find out who the registered agent is for the LLC and that often the owner.
