OK, I know I'm doing this backwards: I started responding to posts first and I am now just getting around to introducing myself.
Oh well. Here I am. I like helping people out (when I have the time), I like real estate, I like investing topics, I like helping people learn, and I like to learn new things myself. Seems like this is the perfect place for me to be....
