Introduction - Looking to learn and connect!

Hi everyone! I'm Matt, I've been following the bp podcasts for a while now as well as lurking here in the forum's reading discussions. I have decided that it's about time I introduced myself. I found the bigger pockets videos and podcast after having the realization that I don't want to be stuck working 70hrs a week in a factory until I retired. I finally decided to start learning how to do something about it. I am currently working on buying my first duplex! I learn best from doing, but I made sure I prepared myself with some research first! Other things I enjoy outside of real estate include playing video games with my friends and practicing my guitar. I'm not really a book reader but after having heard so much about Rich Dad Poor Dad I decided to get the book. I truly loved the book and I'm looking into getting more real estate books.

Not really sure what else to include but if you have questions for me feel free to ask!
