Hey everyone,
My name is Bo Cochran, I am currently a student at Ohio State University. I have almost no experience with real estate, besides from the BiggerPockets youtube videos I have watched, and some research I have done through a couple books. I also got a new job at a marketing company that has made me change the way I think about my future. This change in mindset had me all over the web for ways to invest my money, because I know otherwise, it will be spent on meaningless things. That is how I came across BiggerPockets, I instantly was captured about the topic of renting out houses and house hacking. I am excited to start contributing to these forums, and cannot wait to learn a lot more about real estate.

Welcome to BP @Bo Cochran. Real estate investing is used best a get get rich slow program and is very much a relationship business. Spending a good amount of time networking and educating in the beginning can save you headaches down the road. Seek out success stories and failures, learn from both. There are some really good networking events here in town on a monthly basis. I will PM you with some of my favorites. See you around.
