New to investing - Wilmington, DE
Hey friends, I'm new to RI space and wanted to say hello. I've done A LOT of reading so now I have the knowledge with zero experience -
I'm here because of a) the eductation and b) I'm looking to connect with any current investors in or around Wilmington Delaware or just over the border in PA. I'm just entering the RI space and would be happy to buy you a beer/coffee for the opportunity to talk real estate/pick your brain. There are a pile of meetups around I've found but most seem WAAY to sales focused. I'm more looking to talk shop and maybe way, way, way down the line think about working together.
