I just wanted to take a minute and introduce myself. New to Bigger Pockets but not new to real estate. I am a licensed GC in coastal North Carolina (Elizabeth City to be more specific). Have built many custom homes over the past 15 years, currently have 4 rentals, and one fix/flip currently on the market. Wife is a real estate agent and together we are now on a mission to fix and hold as many as we can stand.
