Wholesaling Properties in South Carolina
Hello. I am new to the whole real estate thing. I wanted to try my hand out in wholesaling properties since I do not have a lot of cash to spend. I was told by a realtor that I was using that I could not wholesale in SC. Is this true? Also I called one lawyer that this real estate agent recommended I call and the lawyer told me that I could not sale a property that I did not have the cash for. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
