New to Bigger Pockets

Hi Everyone, 

Ryan McGrath,  I recently started my investment firm focused on multifamily properties.  I am green in MultiFamily but have consumed my fair share of books to build my knowledge base.  The switch is turned on.   I am interested in St. Petersburg, FL area as my first investment area.

I've completed my first flip.. I purchased a beach house 3 1/2 years ago for 460K and I am in contract to sell at $724K after the rental season which is a nice bonus..  

Look forward to changing our lives together.
