I want to learn real estate
I am new to all of this. I want to learn real estate & eventually become successful within real estate. I want to invest in multi unit apartments/complexes in time as well. I plan on getting my brokers license here in a couple months as well. I guess what I am saying is can anyone give me some tips on how they began this journey? How you have made lucrative cash flow/income? & Lastly some things I should look out for regarding real estate & ownership.
