Loan options for Investment
I just purchased my first commercial building with a cash offer. Now I will need a loan to renovate the whole building. What are my options? I heard Line of credit, cash out refinance, delayed financed. Is their other options out there or any of the options I mentioned should I proceed with? Thanks
