First Step Into Real Estate Investing

Jordan Gutierrez

Hello everybody! I'm Jordan, a 23 year old working at an accounting firm in San Antonio and looking for a change up. I found my way into this community recently as I've gotten into the idea of generating different income streams and hopefully one day a earning myself sources of passive income. Right now I am in the process of learning as much as a I can and saving until I can semi-comfortably invest in my first property. As I work towards that, I wanted to start talking with people in this community to learn more about real estate and interact with people who have similar goals. I am excited to begin this journey!

@Jordan Gutierrez start with learning the language and how to analyze a deal. Understand interest rate, cap rate, cash on cash return, Determining ARV, reserves, vacancy rate and how to determine cash flow. All the best to you.
