Newbie in New Jersey

Hi everyone! So I recently started listening to the podcast and it's out of this world (as all of you already know!) Real estate has always interested me, and I wish I had found this podcast and site years ago. I really just want an idea of what the process was like. I was wondering if there are any flippers or contractors renovating in NJ. I really am interested in seeing what it's all about. Not looking for any sort of freebie by any means. I just think it would be so awesome to see a bit of the process to see if it's something that I could really see myself doing, or if it's something that I like to admire from afar!

@Erica Kriegl I’m doing that in NJ although I’m mostly doing buy and hold right now because I feel like the margins on flipping have gotten tighter. I still renovate everything I buy though. Value add opportunities are the best way to make money and build equity in this business.
