Hello, my name is Ismael, I am real estate investor using and learning different strategies to complete transactions in Bristol County Ma *Fall River*. I am looking to network, and learn from other like-minded individuals. Right now, I've been focusing more on the wholesaling aspect of REI. My plan is to gain some capital and build from there. On the other hand, I am open to learning new strategies, on methods of acquiring properties with or without funds. Hello Ismail. I'm an investor in NJ who is also looking to network in the Bristol County area. Feel free to keep this connection open as I finish up my current projects in Essex County. I haven't been particularly involved in wholesales, but have been heavily involved with full gut renovations and add-a-level projects (since 2010).
