New RE Investor In TN
Hello everyone, I am a new real estate investor in Memphis TN. I have found so much information on this site, which has been very helpful. I love this site. I have been learning about investing and have joined a REIA group.
My main interest is flipping properties as an investor. I will start out first with wholesales and short-sales. Later I would like to own a rental property. I have started on my investing goals and plans to achieve my goals for the year. I have also written my mission on what I want to do and plan to achieve as a REI. I plan on becoming a full-time investor and retire for my job. I am looking forward to this year. It's nice to meet everyone here.
