Newbie in New York City!

Hi there, my name is Mike. I live in Queens, NYC. I have been on BP for a while now and am tired of sitting on the sidelines while everybody else is making the lives they want! I currently own a SFR in Florida and am wanting to start a flipping business here in NY. I have been doing some market analysis and have decided on Long Island. Going one step further I have identified a few towns on LI that I want to target. I would like to network and potentially partner with some other investors in the LI market.

My long term goals are to take the flipping profits, quit my full-time job, and buy more rentals in Florida and St. Louis.
